Organisation Overview: We’re a youth mental health charity founded with the vision of building hope and worth, empowering the next generation to live purpose-driven lives, and to fulfil their potential in life. We work primarily with youths between 12-25, who struggle with mental health issues, providing subsidised or free therapy and casework services, group work, as well as outreach. Limitless aims to break the silence about mental illness in Singapore and eradicate the stigma associated with it.
Brief Description: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Intern to support our 2025 social media strategy. This role involves hands-on content creation for our youth mental health initiatives, including developing engaging videos and posts (encompassing filming, editing, and potentially on-screen participation). You will also contribute to content ideation and stay informed on the latest social media trends and technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of the 2025 social media strategy.
Create engaging content, including videos and social media posts.
Participate in the filming, editing, and potentially acting in video content.
Contribute to the ideation and brainstorming of content concepts focused on youth mental health.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and emerging technologies.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to the process of developing and implementing a social media strategy for a non-profit organization focused on youth mental health.
To be able to create engaging and informative content (videos, posts, etc.) tailored to a youth audience on mental health topics.
To apply skills in generating creative and relevant content ideas that align with organizational goals and current trends.
To participate in strategies for engaging with an online community in a sensitive and supportive manner within the context of mental health.
To learn how to stay informed about current social media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
To gain knowledge in maintaining a consistent and impactful brand voice when communicating about youth mental health.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)

Design skills are considered a valuable asset.
Candidates with a marketing background are encouraged to apply.
