Organisation Overview: Set up in 2017, Bold At Work’s mission is to enable youths to be bold and to do good work. We do this by emboldening youths with the mindsets and tools that they need to imagine new possibilities, navigate reality and create new paths forward, at work and in their communities. We also house an innovation studio lab in Jurong for social transformation, testing and bringing ideas to life in a community-based setting.
Brief Description: Bold At Work is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. If you’re passionate about organizing impactful events and campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating seamless experiences, this opportunity is for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Event & Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing events and workshops, including pop-up workshops and Parking Day
Oversee registration processes, ensuring smooth participant sign-ups and attendance
Support resource management, ensuring all materials, venues, and tools are ready for events
Marketing & Outreach:
Help promote events through digital platforms, email outreach, and community engagement
Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials and ensure effective communication with target audiences
Scheduling & Logistics Management:
Maintain and update event schedules, ensuring all timelines and milestones are met
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm availability and logistics
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure campaign success
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To gain hands-on experience coordinating dynamic events and campaigns
To be exposed to opportunities to develop skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and logistics
To glean insights into how a purpose-driven organization operates and executes impactful initiatives
To receive Mentorship and the chance to work on meaningful projects that inspire bold action
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
