Brief Description: This role involves designing, coordinating, and executing educational programmes focused on career guidance, career development, nurturing of life skills. Programmes you manage will involve working with MOE schools, as well as with our public customers like parents of teenagers. In managing these projects, you will work with a variety of professionals from different industries, as well as trainers and facilitators.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the strategic planning process in programme design and development

  2. Support outreach and engagement work with various stakeholders involved

  3. Support programme delivery by coordinating with various partie

  4. Support the outcomes and impact evaluation process in reviewing program design and delivery

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. Understand and carry out impact and outcome assessments

  2. Participate in design and development of new programmes and experiences

  3. Participate in the curriculum improvement process

  4. Gain skills in executing programmes and managing stakeholders

  5. Gain experience in building relationships with industry professionals

Duration of Internship: 5 months

Daily Working Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic diploma or professional qualifications
