Organisation Overview: ItsRainingRaincoats is now almost 10 years old as a movement, with 4 years as a registered non-profit company and more than 2 years old as a charity. With a very small team of staff but a large team of volunteers, we not only manage all the compliance and back-end work required to run a charity in Singapore but manage to run our myriad programmes with very low overheads.
Brief Description: The Intern will work closely with the senior leadership at ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR), supporting the day-to-day management of all programs. The role involves coordinating with volunteers, sometimes managing external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of IRR events and activities. The role also includes managing social media handles of IRR and creating engaging posts. This position will report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with other team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing ItsRaining Raincoats programmes
Creating Programme SOPs and Workflow charts for lead volunteers
Supporting and coordinating of various ongoing programmes
Managing Admin duties assigned
Supporting with Website maintenance, Campaigns, social media and other marketing activities
Supporting the team in organising and promoting events and campaigns
Managing website content and relevant partner relationships and communications
Updating Volunteers on Social Media campaigns and maintaining all relevant documents and Playbooks
Coordinating and executing events with IRR student mentors and schools under NextGen program
Managing campaign related communications via EDMs/Newsletters
Special Project management and coordination
Communicating and following up with donors, volunteers and beneficiaries on various events and activities
Supporting inspIRRe activities and duties: CSR/Donations/Volunteer Management/Worker Visits

Duration of Internship: 5 months
Daily Working Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic diploma or professional qualifications
