Brief Description: Youth
Roles and Responsibilities:
Programme Planning & Coordination
Assist in the coordination and tracking of programme and outreach activities and timelines.
Support in planning, monitoring and evaluating programme and outreach outcomes and participant feedback.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of new and existing programmes and outreach.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including service users, volunteers, partners, and agencies.
Help gather and consolidate feedback from stakeholders pre and post-programme or event.
Assist in documenting engagement outcomes and touchpoints.
Communication
Support communication with stakeholders (e.g., reminders, updates, appreciation messages).
Help prepare simple materials for outreach (e.g., posters, decks, email templates).
Contribute to basic social media or outreach content to promote programmes and collaborations.
Administrative & Logistical Support
Assist in preparing programme materials, logistics arrangements, and documentation.
Maintain organised records of programmes and outreach, stakeholder engagements, and reports.
Support budget planning processes under supervision, where applicable.
Help draft reports, proposals, or grant-related documents as required.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Understand the end-to-end process of community programme planning and delivery.
Gain practical experience in stakeholder and volunteer engagement.
Develop skills in partnership development and cross-sector collaboration.
Strengthen administrative, communication, and project coordination skills.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
