Bake @ FP: Offers quality baked goods.
Learn @ FP: Provides skills training and workshops for Special Needs.
Event @ FP: Hosts corporate and CSR workshops.
Brief Description: The Program Intern will support FP training workshops and be involved in end-to-end program management. This includes enhancing various training programs, operations, and evaluations. The intern will work closely with special needs colleagues and participants, co-facilitate program delivery, handle multiple projects, assist in business development, and help contextualize new curricula.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and curate FP cooking and baking programs for special needs individuals and caregivers
Ensure smooth delivery of workshops through meticulous preparation of training materials and logistics
Conduct training workshops for the public and Day Activities Centres
Track and monitor the quality of trainers and program delivery post-trainin
Collaborate with staff, fellow interns, and associate trainers to improve program delivery
Manage multiple projects and schedules to enhance team programs and operations
Take ownership of professional and personal growth to increase effectiveness in both back-end and front-facing functions
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Gain exposure to the special needs sector and impact programs
Learn how social enterprises create impact and sustainability
Engage with special needs individuals to understand their needs and challenges
Acquire transferable skills such as project management and participant management
Develop communication and personal effectiveness
Expand job scope and shadow staff at meetings with educators and corporate partners
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
Requirements (if any): NA Must be open to working with PWD colleagues.
