Organisation Overview: HeartBid is a homegrown social enterprise that helps charities and non-profits fundraise more effectively through curated auction experiences. We connect community partners, donors, and local contributors—including artists, entrepreneurs, and businesses—to reimagine giving, address donor fatigue, and promote deeper civic engagement. Our mission is to build a more collaborative and sustainable giving ecosystem.

Brief Description: The intern will support outreach and partnership development efforts, helping HeartBid grow its network of merchant partners, donors, and charity collaborators, while contributing to strategy and ecosystem building.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying and contacting potential partners

  2. Support onboarding of merchants, charities, and sponsors

  3. Maintain partner database and follow-up communications

  4. Coordinate with the team to align on outreach goals and timelines

  5. Participate in meetings and stakeholder presentations

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be exposed to partnership development and CSR strategy

  2. To be able to manage relationship-building workflows

  3. To apply communication and professionalism in stakeholder settings

  4. To participate in the co-creation of HeartBid’s outreach materials

  5. To gain knowledge in business development, CRM systems, and social impact networks

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 10.00am – 6.00pm (can be confirmed at a later date)

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic diploma or professional qualifications

Requirements (if any): Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Prior outreach or CSR experience is a plus.
