Brief Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our passionate team. As part of our marketing efforts, you will help create memorable experiences that directly benefit our students and families. This role involves assisting in various marketing activities, including content creation, event planning, and stakeholder communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing events and activities that provide direct value to our students and their families, ensuring inclusive participation
Support the development of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media content) that showcase our beneficiaries' experiences and achievements
Help manage and update the Centre’s social media platforms and website, sharing success stories and engaging content that highlights the progress and development of our students
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that focus on creating positive experiences for children with special needs
Communicate with key stakeholders, including sponsors and partners, to build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring their involvement benefits our beneficiaries
Assist in liaising with sponsors and managing sponsorship agreements, ensuring their contributions support programs and activities that directly impact the children
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaigns, keeping the beneficiaries’ growth and experiences at the forefront of our initiatives
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, focusing on how they benefit our children and contribute to their development
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI) in day-to-day tasks to increase efficiency in writing, planning, content creation, and reporting

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
