Organisation Overview: CampusImpact is a social service agency with IPC status. Since 2006, we have been working to prepare the next generation by helping them develop positive attitudes, pioneering spirits and purposeful lives. Our mission is to provide a holistic approach in character building for youths as they transit from childhood to adulthood, so that they will become useful citizens for the community and serve as pillars of strength for the nation.
Brief Description: The Marketing Intern is responsible for developing and overseeing marketing campaigns pertaining to the service users, volunteers, donors, partners and even the staff members of CampusImpact. By using various platforms to engage our various stakeholders, and connecting with the community, the Marketing Intern plays a critical role in producing positive outcomes in clients’ lives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build trust among stakeholders
Develop both print and digital media strategies and creative advertising ideas, operationalize plans and campaigns to increase awareness of CampusImpact and our work
Identify emerging approaches in marketing trends, analyse and define the various audiences of CampusImpact
Maintain, update and respond to social media platforms, including editorial support of writing and proofreading communication, collaterals and materials
Manage and report data analytics of marketing campaigns via digital and social media platforms
Work closely with the CampusImpact Team to plan and manage publicity efforts, volunteer recruitment, opportunities, programmes and outreach events
Provide support in events
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be able to develop both print and digital media strategies and creative advertising ideas
To be able to maintain, update and respond to social media platforms, including editorial support of writing and proofreading communication, collaterals and materials
To be able to do video recording and editing
To be able to do photography and editing
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
