Brief Description: This role supports branding, retail marketing, and customer engagement at *SCAPE. Responsibilities include developing branding strategies, maintaining the Brand Guide, and ensuring consistency across touchpoints. It also involves supporting retail marketing, improving on-site experiences, supervising wayfinding and placemaking, and overseeing media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Branding: Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies and communications to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Help oversee the creation and maintenance of *SCAPE’s Brand Guide and Playbook to ensure adherence to brand standards
Retail Marketing: Support retail marketing initiatives to engage customers and retail tenants, enhancing the overall *SCAPE experience. Collaborate with retail tenants and partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience and support shared goals
On-site Experience & Customer Interaction: Collaborate in designing and implementing strategies that reflect *SCAPE's brand ethos, improving customer satisfaction and engagement on-site
Wayfinding & Placemaking: Supervise wayfinding and placemaking projects to enhance the visitor experience in alignment with *SCAPE's branding. Media & Technology: Oversee communication platforms i.e. centre media and membership to enhance customer interactions and brand engagement
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to inform marketing strategies and contribute to ongoing branding improvements
Experiential Marketing: Assist in developing experiential marketing activities to create memorable brand experiences for visitors
Membership Programme: Support the *SCAPE’s membership programme and engagement efforts
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Branding & Strategy Development – Learn to assist in developing and implementing branding strategies, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms and touchpoints
Retail Marketing & Collaboration – Gain experience in supporting retail marketing initiatives and collaborating with tenants to create a cohesive brand experience
Customer Experience Design – Develop skills in designing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement on-site
Wayfinding & Placemaking – Understand the principles of wayfinding and placemaking to enhance visitor experience while aligning with brand ethos
Membership Engagement – Support and learn to engage with *SCAPE's membership programme, enhancing member interaction and loyalty
Duration of Internship: 5 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
