Organisation Overview: Flour Power is a socially responsible organization dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and marginalized communities through skills training and employment opportunities. We are committed to inclusivity and fostering an environment where everyone’s talents are valued. Our Three Verticals:

1. Bake @ FP: Offers quality baked goods.

2. Learn @ FP: Provides skills training and workshops for Special Needs.

3. Event @ FP: Hosts corporate and CSR workshops.

Brief Description: Special Needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the digital presence of the company (website and social media platforms)

2. Work on SEO for the Flour Power website

3. Support the setup, delivery, performance, testing, and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels

4. Analyse and create digital marketing reports

5. Run A/B testing to identify growth hacking strategies

6. Plan, coordinate, and execute external events like bazaars to promote Flour Power’s products and mission

7. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event logistics and operations

8. Engage with the community during events to build relationships and gather feedback

9. Assist in the development of marketing materials for events

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. Gain exposure to the special needs sector and Flour Power’s impact in the ecosystem

2. Apply academic knowledge in real-world marketing scenarios and acquire new marketing skills

3. Develop problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills

4. Be empowered to share and implement ideas that add value to the organization

5. Enhance communication skills through community engagement and event participation

6. Receive coaching and mentorship

7. Participate in community engagement and online events

8. Contribute to product development

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)

Requirements (if any): Open to working with PWD colleagues.
