Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting educational programs and workshops.
Support mentor with tasks such as scheduling, data entry, record-keeping, and preparing project documentation.
Marketing: Assist in creating content for social media and training decks
Monitor and suggest improvements based on impact metrics from beneficiaries
Support mentor in managing digital channels, including social media accounts and websites
Program Management & Facilitation:
Participate in the delivery of programs by going on-site to support workshops and events as a facilitator
Engage with participants, including youth, seniors, persons with disabilities to create a welcoming and supportive environment
Gather feedback from participants and contribute to program evaluations to improve future sessions.

Project Management
To gain knowledge in the fundamentals of project planning and coordination.
To be able to create project timelines, set milestones, and manage resources effectively.
To apply organizational skills in managing project tasks and deadlines.
To learn how to track progress and adapt plans to meet goals.
To participate in team discussions on project strategy and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
To be exposed to professional communication with stakeholders, including beneficiaries and partners.
To learn how to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To apply communication skills in both written (email) and verbal (meetings) contexts.
To gain knowledge in handling stakeholder feedback and using it to improve programs.
To participate in regular check-ins and update meetings with stakeholders.
Program Facilitation
To be able to facilitate workshops and group activities confidently with participants of all ages, group sizes and abilities.
To gain knowledge in creating an engaging and inclusive environment for participants.
To lead some on-the-ground activities, interacting directly with beneficiaries.
To apply facilitation techniques that encourage interaction and learning.
To learn how to handle unexpected situations during workshops with flexibility.
Marketing and Outreach
To gain knowledge in creating marketing content for social media and other platforms.
To learn how to develop messaging that aligns with the organization’s mission.
To participate in content brainstorming sessions and digital outreach planning.
To apply skills in managing social media accounts and analyzing engagement metrics.
To be able to create marketing materials that effectively promote program activities.
Evaluation and Improvement
To learn how to conduct evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness.
To gain knowledge in collecting and analyzing feedback from various groups of participants.
To apply feedback to suggest improvements in program design and delivery.
To participate in team discussions on program impact and future directions.
To be able to document observations and outcomes to contribute to program reports.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
