Brief Description: This marketing and communications role focuses on content creation, social media management and campaign delivery. You'll create design materials, write copy and maintain digital platforms, while tracking performance metrics to boost brand awareness. The position suits creative writers passionate about making social impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms
Draft copy for newsletters, website updates, and marketing materials
Support the design and production of digital and print collaterals
Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform engagement strategies
Help coordinate campaigns and outreach initiatives
Track media coverage and maintain press archive
Assist in event promotion and on-site communications support
Provide administrative support for marketing and communications projects
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to marketing and communications strategies in a non-profit setting
To be able to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences
To apply writing, design, and digital media skills in campaign and outreach work
To participate in planning and executing marketing initiatives and events
To learn how to monitor and analyse engagement metrics for improvement
To gain knowledge in brand communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
