Brief Description: This position is responsible for assisting with HR operations so that they can gain an understanding of the full HR spectrum. The intern will also be involved in HR projects that are running during the internship period. We will also be able to meet your school internship requirement if you are applying as an existing polytechnic student.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding

  2. Managing job postings

  3. Updating HR SOPs/policies with guidance

  4. Participate in organising employee engagement activities

  5. Provide administrative support to HR Department

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be expose to the full HR spectrum

  2. To be exposed to how HR works in the Community Care Services/Non-profit space

  3. To be able to manage communication with stakeholders

  4. To learn about the employee life cycle and the processes involved

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: Minimum A-Level Graduates (Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
