Organisation Overview: Established in 1992, Club Rainbow (Singapore) (CRS) is a non-profit organisation and charity with the mission to support and empower children with chronic illnesses and their families. Armed with the firm belief that every child deserves equal opportunities to lead a fulfilling and independent life, CRS supports our children and their families in more than 30 critical programmes, services and assistance schemes.
Brief Description: You will be working closely with our Community Engagement team, focusing on managing fundraising events and campaigns. Your involvement is important in our efforts to better support and empower children with chronic illnesses & their families.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Events Management:
Assist and support organisation’s annual signature events and social integration programmes in accordance with organisational objectives and standards to actively engage Club Rainbow’s beneficiaries and their families
Sourcing of corporate sponsors for events
Plan and coordinate logistics, budget and manpower resources for the events and programmes
Coordinate volunteer management and engagement programmes to augment meaningful engagement between volunteers, beneficiaries and their families
Community Partnership:
Assist in all areas of fundraising events including the sourcing of corporate sponsors
Assist in setting up awareness booth and raising awareness about Club Rainbow to the general public during roadshows
Others
Take stock and make a record of in-kind donations received and liaise with respective parties for any in-kind donations received
Support the maintenance of data, other marketing and fundraising activities as required
Perform any job-specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Participate in awareness efforts, knowing you are helping our beneficiaries
Gain exposure in wide scope of events and/or marketing work and channels
Duration of Internship: 5 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic diploma (Current Polytechnic students are welome)
