Brief Description: We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern to own, develop and maintain long term relationships with our corporate clients. You will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve desired business outcomes through our intrapreneur empowerment offerings. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communications skills to drive engagement, adoption and loyalty.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact and advisor for allocated key corporate accounts
Conduct quarterly business value reviews; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Develop trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders
Design customer success plans and coach clients through onboarding & training
Manage day-to-day support issues; resolve concerns about program features
Gather feedback, address grievances, and implement improvement initiatives
Analyze customer data (usage, adoption metrics etc) to enhance experiences
Achieve high customer retention and satisfaction targets for portfolio

Develop a strong understanding of Diligent Ant's intrapreneurship training and empowerment offerings
Build expertise in managing post-sales customer success processes in a SaaS environment
Master relationship management and communication skills for interfacing with senior client stakeholders
Gain proficiency in customer success tools, metrics, and data analysis
Outcomes:
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients to achieve business outcomes
Skills to design and execute customer success plans driving engagement, adoption and loyalty
Experience conducting quarterly business value reviews and identifying expansion opportunities
Excellence managing day-to-day issues and continuously improving customer experiences
Achieving high customer retention and satisfaction targets
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
