Organisation Overview: Unlocking ADHD’s mission is to empower ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest. Launched in late 2021, Unlocking ADHD (UA) aims to give hope to the ADHD community and bridge the information gap about ADHD in Singapore. Through our outreach events and community resources in collaboration with mental health professionals, UA equips the ADHD community with the necessary knowledge to fulfill their potential despite the challenges that ADHD may bring.

Brief Description: Numbers don’t scare you—they speak to you. We’re looking for someone who can turn data into decisions, and decisions into impact. You'll help us understand our reach, refine our strategies, and ensure we’re hitting the right notes in our advocacy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyse data across platforms (social, website, CRM)

  2. Create reports that inform our campaigns and community efforts

  3. Help us set measurable KPIs for digital and outreach work

  4. Offer insights into trends in ADHD conversations in Singapore

  5. Clean up data and help us create organised taxonomy for our database

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be exposed to multi-platform data collection and analysis processes

  2. To be able to interpret data to inform strategic decisions

  3. To apply data cleaning techniques and database taxonomy organization

  4. To participate in setting and evaluating KPIs for digital outreach

  5. To learn how to identify trends in social and community conversations related to ADHD in Singapore

  6. To gain knowledge in reporting tools and analytics for advocacy campaigns

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic diploma (Current Polytechnic students are welcome as well)
