Organisation Overview: We’re a youth mental health charity founded with the vision of building hope and worth, empowering the next generation to live purpose-driven lives, and to fulfil their potential in life. We work primarily with youths between 12-25, who struggle with mental health issues, providing subsidised or free therapy and casework services, group work, as well as outreach. Limitless aims to break the silence about mental illness in Singapore and eradicate the stigma associated with it.
Brief Description: Seeking a dynamic intern to support project management and lead generation at Limitless. This hybrid role involves planning youth mental health initiatives, cultivating donor/partner relationships, ensuring efficient event/programme organisation, and identifying/reaching out to potential supporters to expand our impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads (individuals, companies, foundations, schools, etc.)
Maintain and update lead databases
Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach efforts
Support the development of sponsor pitch decks and proposals
Help prepare lead reports and performance updates
Assist in project documentation, meeting notes, and coordination across departments
Help track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, volunteers)
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to real-world project workflows, timelines, and stakeholder coordination within a youth mental health charity.
To be able to support the planning and execution of programmes, events, and outreach initiatives.
To participate in lead generation activities including prospect research, database maintenance, and donor outreach efforts.
To learn how to identify, engage, and communicate with potential donors, sponsors, and partners in a mission-driven context.
To gain knowledge in nonprofit fundraising strategies, partnership development, and the importance of relationship-building in social impact work.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
