Organisation Overview: Mentoring SG is a national movement that aims to build a culture of mentoring in Singapore and make mentoring more accessible for youth.
Mentoring SG seeks to support youth development and school-to work transitions through mentoring for youth to thrive, grow and realise their aspirations. Mentors could help youth broaden their perspectives in their definition of success; and provide guidance, support and practical advice to the youth as they navigate key transitions.
Brief Description: Youth
Roles and Responsibilities:
Empowering the Community: You'll be part of a team that designs and delivers engaging learning experiences for mentors, mentees and programme owners across Singapore.
Shaping the Future of Mentoring: Contribute to the development and execution of nationwide projects, including research and SkillsFuture accredited courses, shaping the future of mentoring in Singapore.
Igniting Passion for Learning: Support the creation and coordination of customized training programs, empowering mentors with the skills and knowledge to make a lasting impact.
Building Connections: Foster positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders, collaborating to enhance mentoring initiatives.
Driving Innovation: Contribute to the development of valuable resources and toolkits that support the growth and effectiveness of mentoring programs.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Real-world Experience: Gain hands-on experience in training, project management, research, and community engagement.
Networking Opportunities: Build connections with professionals in the mentoring and learning fields.

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
